Christine Bohannan,
FNP, PMHNP

Christine Bohannan is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a diverse background in both medical and behavioral health care. A Phoenix native, she is deeply committed to serving her local community through compassionate, patient-centered care.

She began her academic journey at Arizona State University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, where she also worked at the North Carolina School of the Arts promoting student health services. She later earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Grand Canyon University in 2010 and began her nursing career as a Registered Nurse. During her time at Banner Health, she advanced from bedside nursing into critical care services and ultimately served as a hospital supervisor, gaining extensive experience in acute and complex patient care.

In 2020, Christine completed her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Colorado State University, where she developed a strong clinical focus in sleep medicine and pursued additional specialized training through the American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM). In 2025, she completed advanced training as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner through Purdue University.

Christine is passionate about integrating her expertise in primary care, sleep medicine, and mental health to provide comprehensive, whole-person care. She is dedicated to improving overall health outcomes by addressing both the physical and emotional well-being of her patients.

Outside of her professional life, Christine is engaged and enjoys an active lifestyle. She shares her home with her fiancée and two dogs—a Goldendoodle and a French Bulldog—and spends her free time hiking, rock climbing, running, swimming, camping, traveling, and exploring photography.
