SMS Terms of Use

By opting in to or using our “Text Message Service” (defined below), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Definitions

Opting In – “Opt In,” “Opt-In,” or “Opting In” means requesting, joining, agreeing to, enrolling in, signing up for, acknowledging, responding to, or otherwise consenting to receive one or more text messages from us.

Text Message Service – Includes any arrangement where we send messages addressed to your mobile phone number, including SMS, MMS, or similar technologies.

2. Consent to Receive Messages

By opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms as well as our Privacy Policy and General Terms & Conditions (incorporated by reference).

You also consent to the use of electronic records to document your agreement. You may withdraw this consent by replying STOP at any time.

3. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Information you provide is used only to deliver and respond to text messages.

  • We may share data with platform providers, carriers, and vendors as necessary to deliver messages.

  • Mobile numbers and consent data will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

  • We may disclose information if required by law, to avoid liability, or to protect our rights or property.

4. Message Frequency

This service is for conversational, person-to-person communication between you and our staff.

  • You may receive an initial message with details about the service.

  • Message frequency will vary based on your interactions and requests (for example, if you send a HELP request).

5. Message and Data Rates

We do not charge for the text messages we send, but message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan.

6. Opt-Out and Help Instructions

Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the number you’re receiving messages from. After you send STOP, we will send you a reply to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive text messages from that number.

If you want to join again, just reply START (or OPT IN) to the same number and you will be re-subscribed.
